I have not much to say…

This year was really tough to leave my life behind and start a new one. But nothing is better than something bad. I ve learned the lesson.

Still having rough times occasionally… but let me share a couple of the good moments, i had in the last couple of months… thanks to BCN.

enjoy the season of real tomatoes and sweet strawberries

organic grilled baby lettuce with porc belly and home-cured anchovies 

Spain has got massive culture of gin-tonic (100s and 100s of different “cocktails”)

real authentic italian piadinas are easy for lunch

chocolate with churros for breakfast any time- no comment needed

playa – sol – cerveza… (beach – sun – beer…)

pig·s skin crisp w homecured bacon&cottage cheese and salted lime salt

homemade puff pastry&thyme&apricot&brandy&black olives 

best burgers in town : stuff-food at Monvinic

season of million different types of courgettes w/ bernaise sauce

·hardtofind· (cook at home) sweetcorn w/mini fuet and mexican chilli sauce… 

organic dairy icecream place- very best frozen yoghurt w/ million toppings

usual night off with friends in a bar, beer, tapas….
